Candidate FAQ

Safety & Fraud Prevention

Be cautious if anyone asks for money in exchange for a job, interview, training, visa, registration, or processing service. Never share your password, PIN, OTP, card details, or banking credentials with an employer or recruiter. Verify the employer, job details, email address, website, and contact information before applying. To report a suspicious job, send the job link, employer details, messages, payment request, and relevant screenshots to Tap2Jobs support. If you have already sent money or shared financial information, contact your bank or mobile financial service provider immediately and report the incident to the appropriate authorities.

Invitation

Sign in to your candidate account and go to Applied Jobs. When an employer sends interview time options for an ongoing application, open that job’s action menu and select Slots. You can view the proposed dates, times, recruitment stage, company notes, and previous scheduling details. Select a suitable slot and submit it, or reject all proposed slots with a note. You may also receive a bell notification when your application status or recruitment stage changes.
When an employer shortlists you, your application status changes to Ongoing under Applied Jobs. You receive an email and, if enabled, a notification through the website’s bell icon. The employer may move your application through additional recruitment stages and send interview time slots. Check the relevant application regularly; when Slots appears in its action menu, review the proposed dates and times, then confirm a suitable slot or reject the options with a note. Shortlisting does not guarantee final selection.
