ফিল্ডে কাজ করার মানসিকতা থাকতে হবে।

বিভিন্ন মার্কেট/এরিয়ায় নিয়মিত ভিজিট করতে আগ্রহী হতে হবে।

মার্চেন্টদের সঙ্গে ভালোভাবে যোগাযোগ ও সম্পর্ক বজায় রাখার সক্ষমতা থাকতে হবে।
Training:
-
৩ দিনের ট্রেনিং প্রদান করা হবে।

ট্রেনিংয়ে কাজ ও বেতন সম্পর্কে বিস্তারিত জানানো হবে।
Key Responsibilities

নতুন বিকাশ মার্চেন্ট পেমেন্ট অ্যাকাউন্ট তৈরি করা।
-
মার্কেট/এরিয়া ভিজিট করে প্রয়োজনীয় ডকুমেন্ট সংগ্রহ করা।
-
মার্চেন্টদের বিকাশ পেমেন্ট সুবিধা সম্পর্কে বোঝানো।
-
মার্চেন্ডাইজিং সামগ্রী নিশ্চিত করা।
-
নির্দিষ্ট মার্চেন্টদের নিয়মিত ভিজিট করা।
-
মার্চেন্টদের পেমেন্ট নিতে আগ্রহী করা।
-
তথ্য হালনাগাদ করতে সহায়তা করা।
-
মার্চেন্টদের সমস্যার সমাধানে সহায়তা করা।
-
ক্যাম্পেইন/ট্রেড লেটার মার্চেন্টদের কাছে পৌঁছে দেওয়া।
-
বিকাশের গাইডলাইন ও নিরাপত্তা সম্পর্কে অবহিত করা।
