Requirements
Education
- Diploma in Architecture
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Architecture
- Bachelor of Architecture (B. Arch) from any Public or private University
- Diploma in Architecture from any public or private university
Experience
- At least 3 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Building & Construction Materials
Additional Requirements
- Age 28 to 38 years
- Should have at least 2 project handover experience.
- Should have ability to work under pressure.
- Well organized and disciplined
- Smart, hard-working & energetic.
- Self-motivated & self- driven.
- Skills & Expertise:
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Enscape, D5,illustrator & photoshop
- Expert in 3D Modeling & Visualization
- Skilled in Presentation & Communication
- Additionally Skilled in Revit, 3ds Max & V-Ray Render
Key Responsibilities
- Build strong client relationships through effective communication and design excellence
- Understand client needs and translate them into innovative design solutions
- Attend client meetings, site visits, and project briefings
- Drafting the drawings as required from project initiation till the finishing
- Ability to develop fast and accurate 3D models and visualizations
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the management
- Competency with RAJUK rules and approval processes
- Coordinate with clients regarding design related issues
- Meeting and Design presentation to client if required
