Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities and expand existing scopes of work with current clients.
- Establish and maintain strong, professional communication and long-term relationships between CIBL and its clients.
- Identify and develop potential new clients and business opportunities within the IT industry.
- Pitch, promote and demonstrate the organization’s products and solutions to prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer requirements and opportunities to enhance existing products and services.
- Prepare analytical reports on business activities, market trends, achievements, opportunities and future business plans.
- Facilitate the engineering team by providing insights into industry demands, emerging technologies and future market requirements based on market and technology analysis.
- Prepare and review Expressions of Interest (EOI), Requests for Proposal (RFP), technical proposals, commercial proposals and other business-related documents.
- Monitor and regularly review prospective tenders, procurement notices and business opportunities aligned with the organization’s strategic interests.
- Coordinate and participate in client meetings, technical seminars, workshops, conferences and other local and international events to represent the organization.
- Collaborate with internal technical, engineering and management teams to align business opportunities with the organization’s technical capabilities and strategic objectives.
