- Strong knowledge of SEO, SMM, PPC, lead generation, and performance marketing.
- Excellent client management, presentation, and communication skills.
- Strong written and spoken English (IELTS 7.0 or equivalent).
- Experience managing multiple projects using project management tools.
- Understanding of ROI-driven strategies, value propositions, and business growth.
- Knowledge of AI and modern digital marketing tools.
Experience: 7+ years in digital marketing management or agency operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of 30+ digital marketing professionals.
- Handle daily agency operations, workflows, and project delivery.
- Manage multiple client accounts and ensure successful campaign execution.
- Develop strategies across SEO, SMM, paid advertising, lead generation, and analytics.
- Maintain strong client relationships through communication, reporting, and presentations.
- Monitor team KPIs, deadlines, quality, and performance.
- Identify upselling opportunities and improve client retention.
- Implement AI tools and automation to improve productivity and scalability.
